№ 001 Professional education Delivered

A test-prep platform for professional certification.

We built a test-prep product using the client's exam content. After launch, we fixed access and answer-ordering problems and added a second credential level.

Current resultThe platform is in use. The second credential level has been released.

№ 002 Commodity services In delivery

A website and order intake for an older desktop system.

We rebuilt the public website and mapped an order process that moves from email into desktop software. The new intake assistant works with the existing system and sends uncertain entries to a person.

№ 003 Behavioral health Delivered & monitored

Measuring how an organization appears in AI answers.

We checked how AI answers described the organization and which sources they cited. We identified problems with its site and content, recommended fixes, and set up weekly checks. Follow-up monitoring also flagged a change in site traffic.

A review of the systems used across a construction business.

We are reviewing how business development, accounting, estimating, and project management use and share information. The assessment will identify manual work and missing data, then recommend what to change before the company buys more software.
