Our approach
How a project gets done.
We start by understanding the job, agree on the changes, and test them before launch. Here is what that involves.
The process
What happens next.
Phase / 01
Observe
We follow a job from the first request to completion. We talk to the people doing it and document where information is missing, work waits, or someone has to make a judgment.
Phase / 02
Decide
We decide whether the problem calls for a process change, different software, or a custom build. You get a proposed scope and fee before committing.
Phase / 03
Make
You review drafts and try working software during development. We test changes separately from the systems your team uses every day.
Phase / 04
Run
We release the changes and train your team. The support plan names who handles problems, what we monitor, and how to restore the previous version if needed.
Human review
We agree which tasks the software can complete and which need approval. For anything involving payments, commitments, or sensitive data, we define permissions and review rules before the system goes live.
Documentation
Your team gets the records.
We record the findings, decisions, and changes made during the project. Your team receives instructions for running the system and dealing with common problems. We keep software changes in version control so we can trace and review them.
